Dia De Los Muertos

In San Francisco Dia de los Muertos celebrations and artwork has radiated out from the Mission under the guiding hand of Rene Yanez. These images represent some of the work created for this celebration of death and life. Jose Guadalupe Posada and Leopoldo Mendez stand constantly before my eyes in the creation of these prints. Some are from the Gaceta Callejera, "Street Gazette", series, but were created specifically for Dia de los Muertos.
